Ember8 Refund Policy

1. Due to the nature of Delta-8 products, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products. This is because the nature of these products makes it difficult to ensure they haven't been tampered with after purchase.

2. Exceptions:

We understand that mistakes can happen. We will consider issuing a full refund or store credit for unopened and unused products in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with a photo of the damage. We will be happy to issue a full refund or send you a replacement product.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@ember8.com. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send you the correct product as soon as possible.

4. Return Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for a refund or store credit.
